On April 18, 2023, at the headquarters of Biebrza National Park, a four-sided contract for the realization of the Bioregion Biebrza. River and Man research project was signed. The initiators of the project are the Podlaskie Museum in Białystok, the Biebrza National Park, the Faculty of Archaeology of the University of Warsaw and the Faculty of Sciences and Natural Sciences of the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce.

On March 23-24, 2023, a national conference Podlasie Archaeological Conference. Results of archaeological research of the Podlaskie Voivodeship and neighboring areas in 2020-2022was held at the Podlaskie Museum in Bialystok.
