Dolina Świśliny - exhibition of geoeducational boards at UJK

Representatives of the City and Commune of Kunów, UJK, PIG and co-creators of the Świślina Valley geoeducational path together with students of the UJK in a group photo in the exhibition

On June 1, 2022, at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, an exhibition of geo-educational copies boards promoting the path and the guide Œwiślina Valley was opened. The opening meeting of the exhibition was attended by, i.e., representatives of the City and Commune of Kunów, where the path was led, Deans of the Faculty, employees of the PIG in Kielce and co-creators of the patch with a group of students of Geography.

The exhibition will be available in building G of WSiP UJK at University 7 st. to 4 July, and then it will be moved to the headbuilding of the Kielce branch of the Polish Geological Institute.

From May 19 to September 30, 2022 Archaeological Museum in Krakow presents the exhibition entitled:

Swamp fortresses. The oldest defenses of northern Podlasie

The exposition is the result of cooperation between the Białystok Museum and the employees of the Department and PhD students on a research project carried out in 2019:

„Swamp fortresses. Non-invasive recognition of selected valley settlements Jatwieź Duża type”
